The variety was obtained as a result of crossing Lilium hollandicum and Lilium tabasco. The plant is characterized by the ability to bloom repeatedly twice a year under specific growing conditions.

Scientific studies of the variety focused on its suitability for commercial forcing, as well as the investigation of the effect of growth regulators, such as gibberellic acid, on morphological traits, duration of flowering, and keeping quality of cut inflorescences.
