The lily variety Soleil, bred by Vletter & Den Haan, is characterized by a stem height of 76 to 83 cm. Speckled or striped anthocyanin coloration may be present on the stem, and the leaves are arranged alternately.

The variety Beau Soleil is an LA hybrid with a height of 120–130 cm. Its flowers have a saturated bright yellow color and a diameter of about 18 cm; the inflorescence has a pyramidal shape. Flowering occurs in July-August, and the variety is notable for its hardiness and is suitable for cultivation in the open field.
