Plant height is described as medium to tall. The stem has spotted and striped anthocyanin coloration in the middle third, and the number of leaves in this part of the stem is small. The leaves are arranged alternately.

The flower is characterized by a medium degree of recurvature of the distal part of the tepals. The nectary furrow is yellow, the pollen is orange, and the stigma is grayish-green.
