The variety is an LA group hybrid, obtained as a result of crossing Lilium longiflorum and Asiatic hybrids. The plant possesses stiff, upright stems and glossy dark green leaves.

Flowering occurs in early summer. Cultivation requires well-drained, organic-rich soils and a sunny location or partial shade. Tall flower stalks may require support and staking.

The variety is characterized as hardy and capable of good propagation. It is used primarily in landscape design for gardens and parks, as well as a crop for cut flowers.
