The variety was obtained by crossing seedlings 93-040 and RM 96-026. The flower color is classified as dark purple-pink (186C), transitioning at the edges to a moderate purple-pink shade (N74D).

On the inner petals above the nectaries, there is a yellowish-white spot (155D). The flower is complemented by purple speckles (60C) and white papillae (155D).
