The variety belongs to the Oriental Group and is known under the trade name Sedano. The plant is used both for cut flowers and for decorative landscaping.

The flowers are white (RHS classification code N155C). The petals have no spots but are covered with a few white papillae. The nectaries are green, and the pollen has an orange-brown shade.
