The Zastacqua variety, known under the commercial name Acqua Sun Birds®, is a mid-late plant with a height of 75 to 95 cm. Distinctive morphological characteristics are very large inflorescences and blue flower coloration. The stem weight is 50–80 units according to the producer's classification.
The plant was bred specifically for professional use as a cut flower crop. The variety is characterized as productive, with strong long flower stalks, distinguished by high ornamental value and long-lasting freshness after cutting.
