Variety description

The plant is an evergreen or semi-evergreen perennial 5 to 10 cm in height, forming a dense carpet. The leaves are broadly ovate, colored dark green with a purple or chocolate-burgundy tint.
The flowers are bright yellow, cup-shaped or bell-shaped, grouped in terminal inflorescences. The flowering period occurs in late spring and summer.
The variety is used as a ground cover plant, for planting in containers, hanging baskets, and for edging and rock gardens. The plant is moisture-loving and requires regular watering.
