Variety description

The tree reaches a height of 3–4 meters. Young foliage has a bronze-red hue, which changes to bronze-green during the summer period. Flowering is accompanied by the appearance of red buds, which open into carmine-pink flowers.
The fruits are comparable in size to a plum, possess a purple coloration and red flesh. They abundantly cover the tree and remain on the branches until October. The plant is undemanding to soil conditions, with the exception of areas with excessive dryness, and prefers well-lit locations.
