Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant is a heat-loving climbing vine with large, dark-green glossy leaves. With support and suitable conditions, stem height can reach 3–4.5 meters. The variety is characterized by an vigorous growth habit and is suitable for cultivation in containers, hanging baskets, or on trellises.

Flowering is very prolonged, lasting from spring or early summer until the first frosts. The flowers are large, reaching 12–13 cm in diameter, with a rich crimson-red color. In regions with cold climates, the plant is cultivated as an annual or requires moving indoors for the winter period, as it is damaged at temperatures below 0–1°C.

To maintain plant health, it is recommended to avoid waterlogging of the soil to prevent root rots. Among potential pests, spider mites and mealybugs are noted.
