The plant belongs to the ornamental crop Matthiola incana. The Cinderella White (Wit) variety is characterized as a compact branched annual, 25 to 40 cm tall, with fully double flowers gathered in dense inflorescences.
The flowering period occurs from May to July. In containers, one large flower stalk is usually formed, while in the open field, several smaller ones are formed. The plant prefers sunny locations and well-drained fertile soils.
The variety is versatile in use: it is suitable for cultivation in containers, flowerpots, balcony boxes, for bordering and the foreground of flower beds, and is also suitable for cutting.
