The variety was obtained by intralineal crossing of 56 parent plants. Flower color (Syn 3 generation) varies: approximately 71% purple, 27% variegated, 1% cream, with a negligible proportion of white and yellow.
The variety possesses high resistance to bacterial wilt, anthracnose (race 1), Fusarium wilt, Phytophthora root rot, Verticillium wilt, and Aphanomyces root rot (races 1 and 2). It is also characterized by resistance to pea aphid, spotted alfalfa aphid, and stem nematode.
Intended for the production of hay, haylage, green fodder, and dehydrated products. Recommended for regions with moderately severe and severe winters.
