The plant has a compact, semi-erect or prostrate growth habit with well-branching shoots, often having a reddish tint. The height of the bush is 23–30 cm, the width is 30–45 cm. The leaves are pubescent, narrow, elliptical or lanceolate, dark green in color, and acquire a red tint with age.
The flowers are bright yellow, large, with four heart-shaped petals. The variety exhibits drought tolerance and vigorous growth. The flowering period lasts from early June to September. The plant is used as a decorative ground cover or border plant, and is suitable for container cultivation.
