The Femma hybrid belongs to the popular group of mottled-leaf Paphiopedilum. The plant is intended for decorative cultivation in indoor or greenhouse conditions.
Paphiopedilum are sensitive to deviations in growing conditions, in particular to waterlogging of the substrate and failure to comply with temperature regimes, and can also be affected by pests such as mealybugs.
