The Elegance Silver variety belongs to the Regal pelargonium group and is an independent genotype. The plant is intended for commercial cultivation as a flowering pot crop.
A key feature of the variety is its resistance to ethylene, which prevents petal drop during transportation and storage. Studies confirm an increased number of flowers on the plant and an increased lifespan compared to traditional commercial varieties.
