The plant has a growth type characteristic of trailing forms. The leaves have a waxy coating that provides protection against moisture evaporation.
The flowers are double, colored in a saturated red or dark burgundy, sometimes with a red-violet shade. Dark veins are present on the upper petals, and a wide white margin runs along the edge of the petals.
The variety is used in private ornamental floriculture for decorating balconies and hanging planters.
