The Fantasia series consists of compact plants that are heat-tolerant and bloom profusely with semi-double flowers. They are intended for pot cultivation, patio landscaping, and landscape design.

A separate group of collectible varieties with the prefix Fantasia belongs to zonartic hybrids obtained by crossing zonal pelargonium with other species. These plants are the original developments of private breeders and do not have official industrial-level agrotechnical characteristics.
