The variety belongs to the Toscana series and is a potted crop recommended for cultivation in containers 10.5–12 cm in diameter. The plant is characterized by an intense dark red color of the inflorescences and shows high development rates during the summer period.
This variety should not be confused with other plants having the word Valerie in their name, such as Muscari or Artemisia, nor with other groups of pelargoniums, for example, Angel pelargoniums.
