Pelargonium Americana Red is a bushy, upright plant 30–45 cm tall, possessing good branching. Green foliage is complemented by a dark bronze-brown ring characteristic of the group. The inflorescences are large, formed of bright scarlet semi-double flowers.
The variety possesses high resistance to heat, wind, and rain. The plant is characterized by prolonged abundant flowering and maintenance of a predictable rounded shape. It is propagated vegetatively, by cuttings.
