The Flofetti variety belongs to the species Pelargonium peltatum, also known as ivy-leaved geranium. It has an alternative trade name, Lambada.
The variety is a subject of commercial plant breeding rights, which is why detailed agrotechnical characteristics and morphological traits are practically absent in open publications.
Flofetti should not be confused with the Irida-Konfetti variety, which is a zonal geranium and represents a completely different breeding group.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
