The variety is a mutation (sport) of the Darmsden variety. The plant has a dense bushy habit, reaching approximately 40 cm in width and 50 cm in height. The foliage features striking variegation with bright golden-yellow and lime-green coloring.
The flowers are small, resembling pansy flowers in shape. The lower petals are pale pink, while the upper petals are a more saturated pink shade with burgundy-crimson spots. Flowering is abundant and continues from April to September.
The plant is intended for cultivation in containers, hanging baskets, and on windowsills. The variety is characterized as healthy and disease-resistant, but it is not frost-hardy and requires protection from frost.
