The variety Dancalipet is a cultivar of the intergeneric hybrid Petchoa, obtained through breeding and selection from hybrid lines of Petunia and Calibrachoa. The plant has a semi-erect bush shape with short shoot height.

Leaf blades are elliptical in shape with a dark green color on the upper side of the leaf. The variety is intended for decorative landscaping, use in hanging baskets, and open field cultivation.
