The Kercan variety, also known under the trade names Candyfloss and Ruffle Pink, is distinguished by double pink-pink flowers with darker veins. The plant's foliage has a color ranging from medium to pale green.

The plant possesses a semi-trailing habit. The variety has been used in breeding work as a male parent in the development of other petunia varieties, in particular the Kersamfan variety.
