ActivePhalaenopsis Bl. · Moth Orchid

In commercial catalogs, the plant is described as a decorative pot plant. The flowers have a light yellow shade and a diameter of about 6 cm. The height of a mature specimen in a standard 12 cm diameter pot is 60 to 80 cm. The plant is characterized by the development of one or two flower stalks.
Orchid breeding history literature mentions the Phalaenopsis Amadeus hybrid, which is a descendant of the Treva cultivar and was obtained by crossing Phal. Joseph Hampton and Phal. Frank Gottburg. At the same time, there is no confirmation that this historical hybrid is identical to the decorative plants sold under the same trade name.
