The Magic Blizzard variety has a flower size of approximately 6.0 cm and a spike height of 35 to 40 cm. The plant is typically grown in 9 or 12 cm diameter pots.

Flowering characteristics include a tendency for spike branching. The probability of forming 2 spikes is 90–95%; a small proportion of plants with 3 spikes is also possible.
