The variety 'Monroe' belongs to the small-flowered Phalaenopsis group. There are variations, such as 'My Monroe Bronzer', characterized by apricot-colored flowers.

The plant has dark green lanceolate or fleshy leaves. Under optimal conditions, it reaches 50 cm in height and width. The flowering period for the 'My Monroe Bronzer' variety begins in January.
