Variety description

The plants are distinguished by dense, waxy petals measuring 7–10 cm. The coloration is characterized by violet-purple or burgundy spots on a pink or light background. Peloric forms with a modified flower shape are encountered.

Mature specimens reach a height of 40–70 cm. Flowering lasts for 2–3 months. The plant is sensitive to waterlogging of the root system and drafts, and requires diffused light without direct exposure to sunlight.
