The plant is of the indeterminate type and can reach a height of 4 meters. The leaves are simple and dark green in color, and the flowers are white or red in shade. The pods are dark green and pubescent. The seeds, 2–3 cm in length, are characterized by a variety of colors: from white and solid black to red-lilac or marbled with spots.
The variety has relatively late maturity. Sowing is carried out in early May, and the harvest of dry beans takes place in October-November. Due to the structure of the bean skin, it is prone to lignification during maturation, which ensures good keeping quality during storage. In cooking, the grains are used in dry form in stews or as an independent dish with oil and sauces.
