The variety is a Swedish landrace. It is a bush bean with stems that are quite tall for this type. The plant flowers early with cream-white flowers and is characterized by high yield.

The pods, which are green at maturity, have red stripes that intensify as they grow. The mature fruits are long, plump, slightly curved, with an elongated tip, and typically contain six seeds. The seeds are kidney-shaped and have a mottled coloration: brown spots on a white background.

The variety is early-maturing. Like other types of beans, it is sensitive to frost until the seed ripening process is complete. The variety is recorded in the Nordic Genetic Resource Center database under the number NGB 21237.
