The plant is of the bush type with a well-developed strong stem and large leaf blades. The variety produces white seeds that are of medium size.

In scientific studies, the variety is characterized as highly susceptible to bean rust caused by the pathogen Uromyces phaseoli. It is used primarily as a dry bean.
