The bean seeds are short, oval or elliptical in shape, and have a uniform yellow-brown color. When cooked, the variety is characterized by a dense consistency and a tendency to boil down, and possesses a delicate flavor with a light bittersweet undertone.
Sowing is carried out in soil warmed to 10°C, in the period from mid-May to mid-June. Harvesting is carried out from August to early October, after which the beans require mandatory drying.
