The Del Confit bean is a tall, vining-type plant that requires the use of supports for the development of its long stems. The plant possesses rapid growth, light green leaves, and abundant white flowering.
The seeds of the variety are approximately 2–2.5 cm in length, 1.5 cm in width, and 0.8 cm in thickness; the pods are large and contain 2–3 grains each. The growing cycle involves planting in July and harvesting in November.
The grains are distinguished by a creamy consistency and tender skin, and they increase in size by 2–3 times when soaked. For full vegetative development and flower formation, the variety requires cool temperatures and high humidity.
