The Esprit variety is a bush bean with green-colored pods. The plant is characterized by high resistance to a number of diseases and is intended for harvesting beans at the stage of technical maturity.
Technical characteristics of the pod include a length of 13–14 cm and a blunt tip shape. The variety is intended for conditions in Central Europe and is not the grain heirloom known as Saint-Esprit à œil rouge.
