The variety belongs to the Pinto type (variegated bean) and is intended for grain use. The plant has an indeterminate growth habit (type II, semi-bush, upright). Seeds are characterized by their large size and coloring typical of this variety group.
The variety is mid-season. The plant possesses genetic resistance to common bean mosaic virus due to a combination of I and bc-1² genes, and also shows resistance to rust. At the same time, the variety is susceptible to anthracnose and common bacterial blight.
