The variety is open-pollinated and was obtained as a result of hybridization of the lines Bush Blue Lake, OSU 410, and OSU 58. The plant forms an upright bush, similar in habit to the Tendercrop variety.
The pods are dark green, straight, rounded in cross-section, and are distinguished by a very thin bean size: 90% of the produce is size "four" or smaller according to sieve classification. The seeds are white.
The variety possesses resistance to bean common mosaic virus 1 and bean mosaic virus "New York 15".
