Orinoco is a bush bean approximately 50 cm in height. The vegetation period from sowing to harvest is 55–65 days. The variety is suitable for cultivation in densely planted beds and in containers.

The pods of the variety are golden-yellow in color, have a straight shape, and reach a length of 10–16 cm. They are characterized as stringless, fleshy, and tender, retaining their qualities until the seeds form. The produce is suitable for culinary processing, canning, and freezing.

The variety possesses high resistance to Bean Common Mosaic Virus (BCMV), halo blight caused by Pseudomonas syringae, and anthracnose.
