Variety description

The plant belongs to the bush bean type. The growing season is shortened, which allows reaching commercial maturity 10–13 days earlier than standard varieties and avoiding the effects of summer temperatures. The variety was obtained by the individual selection method from the hybrid population Plovdiv / Wis HBR 72.

Pods of a deep green color have a length of 12.1–15.3 cm; they are straight, smooth, and intermediate in shape between flat and round. The pod flesh is dense and fiberless. The variety is intended for fresh consumption, canning, and freezing.

The variety possesses complex resistance to bacterial diseases, such as angular leaf spot and common blight, as well as increased tolerance to bean weevil. The variety is resistant to high summer temperatures, which, combined with the pod structure, makes it suitable for mechanical harvesting.
