The plant is low-growing, bushy and dense, does not require support. Pods are flat, green, may have purple streaks and change color during cooking. The grain color is brownish with spots.
The variety is native to Slovenia. The recommended sowing scheme is one grain every 10–15 cm in the row. Harvesting pods immediately after flowering stimulates further plant development, while pods quickly become tough when maturing for grain.
