The Venice variety belongs to mid-season common bean varieties. The crop maturation period is about 60 days. The pods have a dark green color, and their length reaches approximately 12.7 centimeters. By seed size, the variety is classified as 3 sieve type.

The plant possesses high resistance to Bean common mosaic virus, anthracnose, and angular leaf spot. Medium resistance to halo blight has also been recorded. The variety is a bush form of bean.
