Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is intended for use in grass mixtures for landscaping high-altitude territories. Unlike agricultural forage crops, the focus of its characteristics is on survival and growth capacity in alpine conditions, rather than on productivity indicators.

The plant of the species Phleum hirsutum reaches a height of 30–60 cm under natural conditions. The main morphological feature of the species is the presence of hairs on the keel of the glumes, which distinguishes it from Phleum pratense.
