The variety was bred in Sweden with the participation of a regional branch of the Swedish Seed Association in Västernorrland. In the history of breeding, the crop was included in state variety trials and evaluation as a forage plant.
Specialized morphological characteristics of the variety, such as height, maturity group, or disease resistance indices, are not recorded in historical reports. The variety is considered one of the historical breeding units.
