Dolly Sky Blue is a compact annual plant suitable for cultivation in pots, flower beds, and balcony boxes. The flowers have a light blue hue with a darker center reflecting a purple color.

The plant prefers sunny locations and well-drained soil. Sowing for seedlings is recommended to be carried out in February–March at a temperature of 16–18 °C. Seedlings appear in 1–2 weeks, and transplanting into open field is carried out after the threat of frost has passed.
