Variety description

The fruits of the variety have a spherical or oblong shape and are distinguished by a pleasant "strawberry" taste. A high content of biologically active compounds, including pectin, vitamin C, phenolic acids, flavonoids, and triterpenes, has been identified in the fruits and leaves.
The plant is adapted to the conditions of Bulgaria; both seedling and direct seeding methods are permitted. Stem height, branching degree, and leaf area depend on sowing dates and growing conditions.
The variety is suitable for fresh consumption as well as industrial processing. Due to the high pectin content, the fruits are suitable for making jelly and jams, and are also promising for use in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
