Variety description

The variety is characterized by a low-spreading form and very weak vigor, amounting to up to 4 cm per year. After 10 years, the plant reaches about 0.6 m in diameter with a height of 0.15–0.20 m. Grafting onto a stem allows for a form with pendulous shoots.

The plant possesses numerous short, densely arranged shoots, thickly covered with short bright green needles, gathered in bundles of two. The variety is undemanding to soil conditions and resistant to weather effects.

Used in private gardens, rock gardens, on heathlands, and for container cultivation. In documentation, it may be found under the synonym "Mini".
