The hybrid was obtained as a result of breeding work by the Faculty of Genetics at the University of Granada. The plant is positioned exclusively as a rootstock to ensure better adaptation of grafted cultivated pistachio varieties to growing conditions.
A distinctive feature of the hybrid is its high growth vigor, which ensures intensive development of the scion. The plant is not intended for the production of commercial fruit; therefore, information on product quality or maturity group is not available.
