The variety belongs to the mid-late maturity group, ripening 13 days after the Avola standard. The plant is of the semi-leafless type with a height of about 70 cm. Due to the presence of numerous tendrils, which provide strong inter-linkage, the variety has good lodging resistance.
The plant possesses a wide spectrum of disease resistance, including Fusarium wilt, Ascochyta blight, and Pea enation mosaic virus, as well as intermediate resistance to powdery mildew. The peas are dark green in color, uniform, with a medium grain size.
The variety is intended for canning and freezing and is adapted for mechanized harvesting. It is recommended for spring sowing, although in continental climate conditions, the late maturity may limit productivity.
