The plant belongs to the semi-leafless, tendrilled type and reaches a height of about 100 cm. The thousand kernel weight varies from 190 to 267 g. The protein content in the grain is 23–27.5%; the variety is valued for its stable quality indicators and marketability.
The variety demonstrates high resistance to lodging and shattering, as well as resistance to a complex of diseases, including Fusarium wilt, downy mildew, root rots, and viral infections. Increased drought tolerance allows the variety to develop effectively under unfavorable conditions with a yield of up to 4.5–6.1 t/ha.
