Variety description

The plant reaches a height of about 25 cm, has an average number of shoots with a stem thickness of up to 1.5 cm and weak anthocyanin coloration. The leaves are spatulate, light green, with no petioles. Flowers are small, yellow.

Purslane greens are used in salads and as a seasoning. Due to rapid wilting, it is recommended to store harvested produce at a temperature of about 0°C and an air humidity of 95–97%, which ensures shelf life for 7 days.
