The rootstock is an interspecific hybrid of Prunus incana and Prunus tomentosa. The plant is characterized as a dwarf rootstock, demonstrating high resistance to chlorosis and good adaptability to environmental stress factors in the foothill zone of the North Caucasus.
This rootstock is intended for use in intensive cultivation technologies for stone fruit crops. It possesses good compatibility with plum, cherry plum, and peach; however, graft incompatibility of the breakage type is observed when grafting apricot onto it.
