The variety belongs to the group of flat peaches with white flesh. Fruits have a shape ranging from flattened to round, with a slight heart-shaped tint. The skin is firm, and the surface is 75–90% covered with a red blush. The flesh is dense, firm, crunchy, and juicy; the stone separates with difficulty.
Trees are characterized by large size, high growth vigor, and a semi-upright crown habit. Fruits are characterized by a high sugar level of over 13 degrees Brix and balanced acidity. The variety is adapted to the Mediterranean climate.
